Do This One Simple Exercise to Correct Your Body Posture


We all know how important it is to stand up straight, however, not all of us know what the real benefits of correct body posture are.

Although you may think that people tell you to stand up straight only because you look better in this position, having a correct posture is important for your health. It prevents your back from getting weak and helps you to avoid back pain.

Today more and more people have bad body posture because they spend all of their time working with computers and slouching in their chairs. Bad posture and back pain can also be caused by pregnancy, overweight, stress and even constantly scrolling through your social media.

If you notice that your body posture is incorrect, you shouldn’t get worried because you can fix it with one simple exercise. Lie down on your front and slowly lift your torso of the ground. You should lift your torso as high as you can but you shouldn’t overdo it. Leave your arms to your sides or point them outwards. Hold this position for five seconds and repeat this exercise 10 times each day.
