A model known for her dramatically enhanced lips has disclosed how she appeared prior to her bold transformation.
Fetisch Barbie, an Austrian self-described ‘fetish icon,’ is passionately pursuing her vision of becoming her ‘ultimate plastic self.’ She has cultivated a significant online presence, particularly on Instagram, where her look has captivated over 29,000 followers. Her admirers often flood her posts with lavish praise, leaving comments such as “Absolute perfection,” “You are a dream,” and “A breathtaking, divine goddess.”
In an in-depth conversation with IGV, Fetisch Barbie opened up about her journey toward extreme beauty enhancement, emphasizing her pursuit of individuality and self-expression through cosmetic alterations.
Her fascination with surgically enhanced beauty standards emerged as early as age 12. Reflecting on her early inspirations, she shared: “I remember seeing women with enhanced features and thinking they were stunning, almost ethereal.” Influenced by iconic figures like Lolo Ferrari, Amanda Lepore, and Mason Moore, Fetisch Barbie admired their bold looks but aspired to create her own version of exaggerated beauty.
“I never aimed to replicate anyone else,” she clarified. “My goal has always been to become a heightened, plastic version of myself, not a copy of someone else.”
Fetisch Barbie’s extreme look has undeniably influenced her personal relationships. While her dramatic image initially intrigues others, she has found that many struggle to understand the reality behind the persona.
“I used to attract people drawn to my plastic exterior,” she explained, “but when they realized my life involves early nights for photo shoots, post-surgery recovery, and a strict health regimen, frustration would often set in.” Despite this, she remains unwavering in her commitment to her aesthetic journey. “My appearance is intertwined with my lifestyle, and I refuse to compromise it for anyone.”
While some are captivated by her look, Fetisch Barbie makes it clear she doesn’t wish to be fetishized.
“I’m comfortable with people being fascinated by my appearance, but I draw the line at being objectified,” she stated. “I’m still a person beneath this plastic exterior,” she added with a playful twist: “Even if I resemble a doll.”
Fortunately, the model has built a circle of supportive friends and family who embrace her choices, even if they don’t always fully understand them. When discussing critics, Fetisch Barbie doesn’t mince words.
“I’ve noticed that those who criticize me the most often have deep-seated insecurities themselves,” she remarked. “I’ve left all the bitter negativity behind. My family sometimes worries about my choices, but they accept me for who I am.”
Currently, Fetisch Barbie is focused on maintaining her signature look, regularly undergoing procedures such as Botox and lip fillers. Content with her aesthetic, she shared, “I’m very happy with where I am right now.”
In a prior interview with Truly, Fetisch Barbie hinted that her transformation might not be complete, expressing her willingness to go even further. “If I want my lips to be bigger, then they will be bigger,” she stated confidently.
To offer fans a glimpse into her evolution, Fetisch Barbie recently shared rare photographs documenting her appearance at ages 12, 17, and 18. The images reveal a striking transformation from her younger self into the exaggerated beauty figure she embodies today.
Laughing while reflecting on those past images, she noted, “Some of these were taken before my goth phase, while others were during or just after.”
